SSTL focuses on developing technology solutions which seek to improve life by providing information to persons which help them to make informed decisions. SSTL has developed applications in the university environment which include class-room and workspace monitoring applications [1] also, Wi-Fi monitoring of study areas [2] and Shuttle Spot which monitors the location of the university`s shuttle [3]. SSTL has also developed private sector applications such as a premium fruit delivery system, Go Fruit Man Go [4] and De Bajan Taxi Man [5]. Apart from these applications we have also developed non-profit applications such as the Caribbean Regional Youth Alliance (CRYA) portal [6] which main purpose is to provide a knowledge base and repository of youth projects to inspire collaboration and limit repetitive projects in the Caribbean region.
